We will refund up to one year of fees that you have paid to us for the Services if we fail to have removed all adverse matters posted to your record resulting from an identity theft event within one year after you reported the event to us, provided you follow the procedures that we provide for addressing adverse matters, and provided you have enrolled in the Services prior to the identity theft event.
